GAT- Graduate Assessment Test

The Graduate Assessment Test is a systematic assessment test designed to figure out an individual's aptitude or ability in various areas such as intellectual skills, critical thinking, problem-solving, and subject-specific knowledge. What is the format of GAT?

 

The test format of the GAT is based on 100 marks. There are a total of 100 multiple-choice questions. The test format of GAT consists of four parts which are as follows.

Quantitative Reasoning: This part consists of basic mathematical questions. It consists of 35 MCQs.

Analytical Reasoning:  This part consists of questions related to analytics. These questions are quite tricky but once the student gets hold of their logic then these are a piece of cake for them. It also consists of 30 MCQs.

Verbal Reasoning:  These questions are based on English grammar and vocabulary. This part is based on 35 multiple-choice questions.

 

Is there any minimum qualification criterion for taking GAT?

 

Candidates with a minimum of 16 years of education are eligible to apply for and appear in GAT.

The registration process for GAT is very easy. The applicants first have to make an account on the official website of NTS(www.nts.org.pk). When should I take GAT?
